The Journey to Satisfy our Tummys

My food-loving buddy and I recently travelled all the way to the hearts of Sunway and visited two Wendy's food outlet in two days to crave our food cravings. We visited Wendy's at Sunway Pyramid and Wendy's Bistro in Mentari Park.

Before proceeding, lets get to know the food lovers (critics)!

(left) The lovely Ms. Grace who has had countless experiences
with all sorts of food (yummy and yucky ones)
(right) Ms. Celine who gobbles down anything that
looks edible and decent enough; then complains later.

Day 1
At Wendy's fast food, Sunway Pyramid:

We are unable to show you the burger we ate as our hands were all messy
from the burger sauce. My camera isn't waterproof you see..

However, the drinks!

Ms. Grace looks sufficiently satisfied with her drink (I think it was Sprite).
Would you just look at that smile on her face..

Later..

Ms. Celine just have to have a sip of that drink too.
The problem was.. Ms. Grace just wouldn't place that cup back down on that table.
So, Ms. Celine had to just join her.

We had a Single Patty Beef burger which I personally didn't really enjoy. The burger is fine, I'm just not a big fan of beef burgers. (The Grilled Chicken burger is alright) Ms. Grace said that the beef burger was OK! So, for all the beef burger lovers out there, go try it!
I might have not liked the burger so much, but I liked the burger advertisement. (laughs) The ad says that at Wendy's, their beef burgers are square because they don't cut the sides off; that means more meat. (nice one!) Oh! we had a chocolate Frosty too! The ice cream texture is smooth and it isn't too sweet. HOWEVER (a big however) I found that the chocolate frosty wasn't chocolatey enough. I mean, come on! Don't be so stingy on the chocolate!
Overall, we left Wendy's quite happily :D

and so.. the journey to food on foot continues..half way through.. my feet didn't feel too comfy in those pair of shoes so we switched foot wears (only one side) and walk around the mall expecting stares from people..

Day 2
At Wendy's Bistro, Mentari:

Wendy's Bistro has a very comfy feeling. A nice place to be for a nice meals with love ones. This place's specialty is Pork Chop! It was really good, I enjoyed it alot. Highly recommended.

ah.. here comes the drinks..
That's Swiss Chocolate. Ms. Grace seems to be very happy with it.
Well, she seems to be happy with all the drinks so far. That's.. good.

*drums rolls* here comes the main attraction!
Doesn't it look so delicious? The sauce is for the meat, I don't see how is it suppose to taste like apple (according to the menu, it's apple sauce) but it add to the juiciness of the meat! Oh! the mashed potato is simply wonderful, the puddle of sauce on the potato is slightly sour, making it different from your usual, common mashed potato. The potato may not be so smooth, having bits and bits of unmashed potatoes, but its still real good. The meat, very tasty. Just look at it!

however..

Ms. Grace encountered problems cutting the meat with ease. She cuts the meat with such determination..

ah.. Finally! She is relieved that she finally succeeds slicing the meat. (She wipes the sweat on her forehead after such hard work)

and Ms. Grace was practically more interested with the food. and I was so amused with the difficulties she had with slicing the meat.
